Head/General Manager - Legal - LLB/LLM - Pharma

We have the requirement in the Pharma sector in Mumbai

- Candidate should have LLB/LLM Degree with 17 years + experience

- 17+ years of Experience preferably in Pharmaceuticals / Foods

Prior Legal Experience :

- Drafting legal contracts such as Distribution Agreements, In-licensing, Out-licensing, Contracts for Purchase of material, API procurement or supply agreements, Service Agreements,Business Development Agreements, and other kinds of agreements.

- Handling litigation matters relating to Pharma or Foods matter.

- Advising on MCI guidelines or dealing with Health care Professionals.

- Dealt with Compliance matters for the organization including reviewing policies, processes, SOPs, compliance systems across the organization

- Dealt with matters relating to MCI guidelines or dealing with Health Care Professionals

- Providing legal support to regional companies Knowledge
