Position: General Manager - HR

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of the HR Function including:

- Oversee all recruiting efforts. Work closely with business heads to define staffing levels and ensure staffing requirements are met

- Implementing strategies for attracting, retaining and motivating employees

- Manage the entire recruitment life cycle

- Managing performance and appraisal process

- Monthly payroll processing

- Ensure all HR statutory compliances are completed in an accurate and timely manner

- Implement training programs as required

- Employee engagement activities

Key Success Factors:

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

- Previous HR experience of at least 5-12 years is required

- MBA in HR from leading business school

- Previous experience recruiting and managing a large PAN India salesforce

- Experience with HR statutory compliances
