Head HR & Administration(GM grade) (12-14 yrs)
- Create organisational HR strategy aligned to business needs.
- Influence internally for HR / IR and administrative policies in consonance with expectations of employees.
- Work with a big 4 consulting firm engaged by the organisation on people practices.
- Develop employer branding initiatives.
- Create HR ecosystem for the organisation growing at 100% every year in turnover in India and overseas.
- Lead talent acquisition and management thrust of the organisation.
