Head/General Manager - Hospitality/Hotel Operations - Real Estate Startup

The Hospitality Head will be responsible for:

- Managing property operations & budgets

- Oversee execution of Capital improvements across properties

- Define customer service programs & QA Audits

- Cost reduction / control

- Measure, Analyse and report on property performance on financial and other parameters

- Develop Processes and roadmaps, establish accountability streams, implement scalable solutions

Required Candidate Profile:

- Degree on Hotel Mgt or related

- 15+ years of exp in the Hotel industry

- Should have risen up the ranks of front desk, housekeeping, operations, sales etc

- Preferably have worked with a 4/5 Star Hotel or Chains

- Ability to translate Client requirements into solutions

- Agile and adaptable to different audiences and business needs

- Ability to find his way in an unknown territory

- Smart, presentable, focused, positive attitude, great communication

- Ready to relocate to Mumbai
