Sales Head Plastic Business /General Manager (GM) / Deputy General Manager (DGM) / Assistant General Manager (AGM)


Key Responsibilities:


- Planning and implementing of sales and marketing strategies in the light of achieving short- and long-range organizational objectives.

- Business development, new market development, key account management, partner development and management and customer relationship management.

- Initiating market research, surveys and analyse the data acquired from research of the existing and potential customer bases on various parameters and identifying possible solutions.

- Expanding the business and meeting ambitious sales targets, including strategy development and coordination with various representatives.

- Developing sales strategies, new clients prospecting, identify and appoint business partners all over world, building a strong sales team.

- Maintaining business relationships by retaining existing customers and attracting new prospects.

- Ensuring customer satisfaction as per our ISO 9000 Quality Policy.

- Mapping client's requirements and providing them solutions to suit their requirements.

- Customer relationship management - queries, feedback, repeat business and customer satisfaction.

- Budgeting planning and control.

Other Responsibilities:

- Based on the business plan, to fix KRA's for the next level of managers / deputy managers / executives and other staff.

- Requires frequent traveling to multiple National/International locations
