General Manager Branding & Marketing (Head) - BPO
- Create and lead the development of the organization's overall brand strategy, including defining brand positioning and building the employer brand through effective execution of offline/online/social media strategies.
- Develop, contribute to and manage the execution of an effective, integrated global employer branding Developing a cohesive, robust internal & external communications strategy that is aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Engage with and advise global & local stakeholders and leaders on communication best practices, strategies and tactics;
- Creation of a departmental vision and overseeing a diversely skilled communications team.
- Working with Leadership, HR and Other Heads to formulate and deliver both the offline and online brand marketing strategies and budget.
- Strategizing and overseeing the business's online and offline brand marketing campaigns in order to maximize the brand's equity.
- Establishing a process and standard for benchmarking the brand's performance in various in order to ensure that campaigns are relevant and competitive.
- Formulating and managing various multiple internal communication initiatives with different cross-functional teams to boost the employer brand image.
- Managing relationships with external industry bodies such as ISF, NMSDC, SIA, etc to identify and address branding partnership opportunities such as sponsorship, speakership, and discussions.
- Leading PR Activities and identify opportunities with stakeholders in order to strengthen the positive brand image of the company.
- Managing and overseeing the company's total marketing budget, making sure individual campaigns stay on track.
- Overseeing the company's entire marketing team and hiring new team members as needed.
- Staying on top of the latest marketing research, brand tactics, and industry trends, as well as evaluating when it may be time to try something new.
- Ensuring that marketing strategies and brand initiatives align with the overall goals and vision of the company.
- Developing crisis communication strategies and protocols to protect and enhance the brand's reputation in times of crisis or controversy.
- Keeping a close eye on competitors' branding and marketing strategies.
Qualification And Experience:
1. MBA with Minimum 15+ Years of Experience and Expertise in defining and evolving brand identities within an BPO Industry.
2. Strong analytical skills, especially when it comes to making sense of large amounts of marketing and customer data.
3. Extensive knowledge of different facets of digital marketing, including SEO, content marketing, PPC advertising, social media marketing, and other marketing channels.
4. Deep understanding of marketing and design tools/programs, such as Google Analytics, Figma, Hootsuite, HubSpot, Microsoft Suite, and similar platforms.
5. Understanding of intellectual property laws, trademark regulations, and compliance requirements to protect the brand.
6. Expertise in adapting branding strategies for international markets, considering cultural nuances and localization.
7. Understanding of graphic design principles, creative direction, and the ability to provide guidance to design teams for brand assets.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey the brand's vision, messaging, and strategy clearly to internal teams, stakeholders, and the public.
9. Strong networking skills to build and maintain relationships with industry influencers, partners, and stakeholders that can support the brand's objectives.
10. Creative thinking and problem-solving to develop innovative branding strategies, campaigns, and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
