Head - Fund Raising.

Location: Mumbai.

Company: Leading Fun-Led Developer.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute fundraising strategies to secure capital from UHNI (Ultra High Net Worth Individuals), family offices, investment banks, IPCs, and institutional investors.

- Leverage an extensive network of UHNI and institutional investors to drive capital inflow for real estate projects.

- Lead end-to-end fundraising efforts, including deal structuring, investor negotiations, and closing transactions.

- Identify and cultivate new investor relationships while maintaining and expanding existing partnerships.

- Drive investor engagement through compelling pitches, financial modeling, and due diligence management.

- Stay updated on real estate investment trends, capital markets, and global fundraising opportunities.

Key Requirements:

- 18-25 years of experience in fundraising, investment banking, or capital markets, with a strong focus on real estate is mandatory.

- Proven track record in raising capital from UHNI investors and institutional capital providers.

- International fundraising experience is a plus.

- Deep understanding of financial structuring, investor relations, and deal execution.

- Excellent negotiation, networking, and communication skills.
