Job Description - Reporting to the Global COO and the Regional Executive, your specific responsibilities would include:

- Leadership of the Operations in Bangalore which includes Fund Administration, Transfer Agency, Investment Operations Outsourcing, Hedge Fund Services, Investment Risk and Analytics Solutions

- Overall responsibility for day-to-day operations, SLA delivery & migrations

- Responsible for measurement, monitoring and achievement of capacity & productivity targets

- Responsibility for recruitment, successful migrations, BCP, Compliance and Risk

- Sets guidelines and provides oversight, governance and ensures consistent implementation of guidelines

- Develops regional functional policies, processes and procedures as needed within the framework of the Global Practice working with the Global head of control, PMO & Risk as needed

- Partner with Operational Heads locally and with peers in NA, APAC and EMEA in developing common methods

- Ensures the organizations methodologies and standards are followed on all change initiatives.

- Responsible for resource allocation to support initiatives and the tracking and measurement of expected benefits

The Successful Candidate - You should be a veteran with experience in the field of Investment Management, Fund Accounting, Hedge Funds and Portfolio accounting. With an overall of 22 years of experience of which a minimum of 10 years in managing and supervising teams. Candidates with international experience in Financial Services and/or Investment Management industry are highly preferred. In addition, you should demonstrate strong experience in change initiatives, covering such areas as operations, IT and product development; with a track record of accomplishment in large, complex projects and change initiatives. Negotiation and persuasion skills are required to work with partners and implement changes.
