CANDIDATES FROM PRIVATE EQUITY EXPERIENCE OR REAL ESTATE FUND RAISING EXPERIENCE WOULD ONLY BE CONSIDERED. CANDIDATES FROM CHENNAI OR BANGLORE WOULD BE IDEAL
REPORTING TO CEO/MD DIRECTLY
- Managing/maintaining distributor & institutional relationships across India to enable effective fund raising.
- Liaison with regional sales team for business development
- Product development for new real estate fund initiatives
Key Responsibilities :
- Managing the existing distributor and client relationships
- Sending them regular updates about the sector & the fund
- Extensively work on excel for various sensitivities of investor return for new product development
- Liaison with the legal; compliance teams, tax teams for new product development
- Organizing/holding sales meets/seminars on behalf of the distributor and otherwise
- Gathering competition product information from the distributors
- Have working knowledge of real estate
Candidate Profile :
- Should have real estate investments / preferably having worked in Private Equity Fund/Real Estate desk of Wealth Management outfit
- Excellent in communication, Smart, Presentable, Mature
- Go getter, Self-driven individual capable of working alone as well as in teams
