Head - Fund Raising for Leading NBFC Set Up

Job Description

Reporting to the Group CFO, you will be responsible for:

- Preparing the overall strategy for the group borrowing

- To borrow effectively from banks and money market at cheaper cost

- Advise Senior Management on loans, liquidity and investments

- Evaluate alternative long-term borrowing strategies and make recommendations in accordance with the capital structure guidelines.

- Actively participate in ALCO with respect to the company's ALM and Liquidity

- Understand, manage and supervise all aspects of cash flow. Monitor company's various cash flow forecasts and perform financial modelling.

- Work closely with the risk and compliance team of the firm and keep a close watch for all risk parameters associated with the treasury function

The Successful Applicant - 

CA or MBA/PGDM Finance

- Post qualification experience of around 8-10 years, working in a senior financial position.

- Experience of working in Capital Markets and Fund raising role for equity side business

- Knowledge of QIP and equity capital from across various AMC's, Banks, Financial Institutions, Investment Banks

- Built and lead the QIP task force - a cross functional, senior and middle management team which collaborated with merchant bankers and legal counsel for extensive operational, financial and legal due diligence

- Re-defined the right business metrics for pitch decks and placement document - QIP subscriptions

- Good analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market news & macroeconomic indicators are critical to this role. Excellent networking skills and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders are qualities that will differentiate the successful candidate.
