- Our client is looking for an accomplished Head of Fundraising and Investor Relations with a background in private banking and extensive experience working with HNIs and family offices.
This role will drive the capital-raising efforts and manage investor relationships for the venture capital fund.

Description:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Fundraising Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy targeting HNIs, family offices, and institutional investors.
- Lead the creation and delivery of compelling fundraising materials, including pitch decks, financial models, and investment memos.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential investors to secure capital commitments.
Investor Relations:
- Manage and nurture ongoing relationships with existing investors, providing regular updates on fund performance and portfolio companies.
- Organize and coordinate investor meetings, events, and communication initiatives.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to investors, addressing their queries and concerns effectively.
Brand Building and Networking:
- Represent the firm at industry conferences, networking events, and investor forums.
- Build and maintain a robust network within the venture capital and investment community.
- Enhance existing and build new relationships with Ultra High Net Worth Individuals, Promoters of listed entities in India, CEOs & CFOs, senior management employees, business and SME owners.
Profile:
Experience:
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in private banking/wealth management
- Proven track record of working with HNIs and family offices, successfully raising capital.
Skills:
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-level stakeholders and investors.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on fundraising opportunities.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
