Investor Relations and Fundraising

We are seeking a dynamic individual to spearhead Investor Relations and Fundraising Your role will be pivotal in attracting various entities while you will devise strategies, organize operations, and implement initiatives to grow our assets under management. Your primary responsibility will involve generating leads and prospects for new Limited Partners (LP). Collaboration will be key, as you work across functions to monitor and optimize capital formation opportunities and build relationships. This entails actively engaging with potential partners, attending meetings, fostering connections (including virtual ones), and effectively presenting the value proposition of our funds.

About the Role:

- Actively source, outreach, contact, and build relationships with potential leads and future investors (funds, financial institutions, pensions, multi-nationals, ultra-high net worth individuals, family offices, and more)

- Generate new Limited Partner (LP) leads and prospects.

- Oversee all aspects of LP engagement, conduct due diligence, and facilitate the successful investment of their funds into our portfolios

- Lead global investor relations and business development

- Lead projects related to lead generation, sales pipeline organizing fundraising roadshows

- Manage reporting, investor meetings, presentations

- Engaging with potential partners- fostering connections

- Monitor and optimize capital formation opportunities and build relationships

- Represent the firm at industry events and conferences

- Develop and execute communication strategies to keep investors informed

- Be an essential point of contact for regulators across various markets

- Manage investor relations team members and their performance

- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to provide insightful analysis and recommendations to investors and internal stakeholders

Qualifications/Skills:

- 15-20 Years experience in investor relations, public relations, financial investment, investment banking, and/or managing multi family offices

- Keen analytical capabilities

- Research and consolidating data information

- Attention to detail and good organizational skills

- Strong conflict management and negotiating skills

- Strong oral and written communications

- Any Degree or Masters in Commerce/Economics/Finance OR Certifications - CA/CFA
