Head - Fund Raising - BFSI

- Conducted detailed Q&Q analysis of potential acquisitions to support fund raising decisions

- Maintain and track deal pipeline, pre deal assessment & screening of targets

- Representing deals to offshore investors through road shows and networking

- Conduting on-site commercial due diligence, review and analysis on the transactions represented

- Monitoring the post- acquisition process via regular review of the funds implemented and circle back to the investors
