Head - Fulfillment & Product Development - Logistics

Our client is a global leader in logistics.

You will be responsible for supporting business growth , new product development, P&L ownership, business development and program management.

The role encompasses strategic planning, market development for IFN in the Ecommerce / Omnichannel sector.

- Collaborate with BD team for creating pipeline for IFN product.

- Support and develop relationship with Ecommerce players. Develop go- to market plan with the marketing team. Measure and suggest performance improvement in the IFN product and services offered.

- Act as a SME for customer / internal teams to enable smooth roll out of IFN services for customer.

- Driving the lifecycle of project implementation from onboarding to roll out, stabilization and sustenance.

- Lead product management, marketing and sales, identify business requirement across supply chain in the Ecommerce industry vertical.

- Partner with stakeholders to inform the IFN product vision, strategy and development.

Must have;

- 3 plus years of experience in the Ecommerce industry

- Supply chain management / operations/ product development experience.

- Ability to work in a ambiguous situation.

- Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills

- Exposure to IT and systems is a plus.
