Franchisee Development Head - Education Sector

Our client offers wide range of training courses in their Centre of excellence (CoE) covering various IT technologies such as Blockchain, Cybersecurity & 3D printing; to students, MSMEs, Professionals, Corporates & Start ups.

They are headquartered in Kolkata and is looking to expand across India. They are looking for a business leader who will help the center of excellence grow multi fold across various locations in India; along with appreciable business growth.

Key responsibilities:

- Responsible to build and network with new connections with large corporates to build COE as well recognized brand offering high quality IT & COE related training / educations.

- Develop new training offerings by infusing industry inputs and collaborate with professional trainers & training content creators.

- Ensure financial stability of the CoE & franchisees by keeping proper track of P&L and cash flow/s

- Ensure sustainable growth by introducing new franchisee across India.

- Provide centralized support to the franchisees with regards to their requirements of growth.

Past experience & preferred background:

- Minimum 15+ years into running / operating an IT educational / training establishment along with franchisee, business development.

- Strong experience of Cash flows, P&L management.

- Solid network of large education / corporate institutions and professional trainers
