This position will help expand the franchisee network of the company while ensuring adherence to business and marketing guidelines. Leading the Franchisee business, the person will be responsible for creating franchisee business with a network of 5000+ stores.
The role would include but not limited to:
- To create the franchisee program to onboard retailers for the generic franchisee business
- To identify Go to Market Strategy and execute the same to drive growth in the business
- To work with multiple stakeholders like leadership team, marketing, finance, operations and ensure appropriate systems and processes are set
- To create programs for engaging with the franchisee partners
- To create standard USP for franchisee partners focussed on growth and ROCE
Skills/experience required:
- Ideally experience building a Franchisee base with FMCG companies
- MBA from Tier 1/2 B-School
- Minimum 10 years of overall experience
