Designation: Head Franchisee Onboarding & Rollout
Reporting Manager: Franchisee Business Head
Will be responsible for onboarding and rolling out franchisee's as per the plan at the national level, almost 16 master franchisees and 300 district franchisees to operationalized.
Key Responsibilities:
- To take over the new franchisees from the acquisition team
- Develop SOP's
- Complete training rollout & initial inventory collection
- Manage internal and external processes till rollout
- Managing quality parameters till rollout
- Ensure readiness for full scale operations
Skill sets:
- Strong interpersonal skills : Should be able to get along well with the team, should have the ability to get things done from the internal teams as well as external agencies
- Strong time management skills : Schedule and manage activities as per the timelines
- Strong analytical skills : Should be sharp enough to handle q&a on operations, training & should be able to take quick decisions
- Ability to work under time pressure, and deadlines, hence multi-tasking ability.
Education:
- MBA Premium institute preferred
- Experience- 8-12 years, at least 1-2 years in franchisee rollout in QSR / Luxury segment /Retail. Needs to be from rollout / program management background with strong process orientation. New Store Operations (NSO) experience may be helpful.
- Age band: 30-35 years.
