- A General Brief about the role: The position of Head - Franchise Business will be responsible for increasing Client's business penetration which shall meet the demands of the customers and ensure value added customer service.
- He/she shall develop quarterly/annual and seasonal business targets for the vertical by examining growth opportunities and taking responsibility for the vertical's performance against agreed targets.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Establishing new franchisees all over India.
- He/She will be responsible for managing and planning the franchising business of the company.
- He/she will be accountable for developing franchising opportunities and for offering constant support to franchisees to ensure the total success of the business franchisor and franchisee.
- Promote the other financial products managing and building the franchise network across India and providing support for business development.
- Regularly meeting with new and existing franchisee for business development
- Conceptualizing and executing advertising promotions and other market development activities, focused on the regional market.
- Identifying suitable new business partners to augment the franchisee network and increase market depth.
- Coordinating amongst the franchisees and the various departments, to resolve systematic and service-related issues and assure smooth operations.
- Arrange the training to the franchisee on products and to develop their sales skills and providing marketing support to them to increase opportunities.
- Assisting the state leadership for further processing and decision making by analyzing the revenue generated
- Overseeing the business associates on all operational matters
