About our Client - Our client is one the biggest energy conglomerates globally. They are investing significantly in India and are looking to expand their finance team to support this. The Financial Planning and Analysis Head will support the business heads for giving strategic direction to the India business.

Job Description - As FP&A Head reporting to Regional Finance Controller, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Monitoring of business and reporting to business heads

- Planning and budgeting for entire India business

- Implementation and management of monitoring tools

- Participate in operational reviews

- Mentoring and leading a high caliber team

The Successful Candidate - You are a CA (Rank Holder) with 15+ years experience in energy, manufacturing or infrastructure. Of this, over 8 years has been in a financial analysis role with a renowned MNC. You are strong on IFRS and have excellent commercial skills to give critical business inputs.
