Hiring: Head - Fire & Safety

Location : Gurgaon

Requirement:

- BE/ B.Tech in Mechanical or Civil or Fire from reputed institute. OrScience graduate with Advanced Diploma in Industrial safety, Post Graduate Diploma in Fire Safety Management is a plus.

- Any Certification in a similar field is a Plus.

- 15 - 20 years of experience with minimum 5 years as Fire Safety Head with any Large Corporate House or MNC

- Experience in high-risk industry and/or managed multiple locations and large scale.

Role & Responsibility( but not limited to ) :

His / Her role will include the following:

- Incumbent will be responsible for Fire and Safety function, development of safety standards and implementation of systems and procedures laid by the organization.

- Is responsible for leading the planning and implementation of risk free of business operations at all our sites and locations.

- The responsibilities will also include providing fire safety training and guidance for implementation of defined Fire Safety SOPs in buildings.

- Ensuring the execution of Mock drills on various scenarios in coordination with the building teams.

- Conduct periodical reviews and audits to monitor implementation of all SOPs and adherence to all statutory compliances.

- Fire and safety risk assessment and implementation of control measures.

- To ensure periodical internal audits on fire safety and monitor for effective and time bound closure of observations.

- Ensuring periodical inspection, testing & maintenance of Fire safety systems & equipment.

- To ensure an effective fire prevention and emergency response plan is in place in our building/ complex.

- Review the third-party audit reports & ensuring the execution of Audit observations in all sites.

- Preparation of BSC Five-star documents in consultation with site teams.

- Good knowledge of MS Suites.
