Job Description :

- Vendor evaluation and assisting Planning Dept. and Project head for appointment of subcontractor's for Finishing works.

- Implementation of cost-effective design solutions in finishing activities.

- Assisting architectural team for the specifications of materials.

- Design co-ordination with international and local consultants.

- Collection and making various samples as suggested by ID consultants and get it approved by them.

- Responsible for quality, time & cost for all finishing activities

- Co- Ordination with internal & principal architects, consultants, Procurement team, contractors

- Day to day planning, monitoring & controlling of different activities with contractors to successfully complete the target
