Purpose of the job: To provide strategic leadership in the management of Financial Planning & Analysis activities and matters in business in order to maximize stakeholder value and drive compliance with the Group's F&A policies.

Job Description:

- To monitor, control and improve financial performance of Business including Cash Flow Management.

- Ensuring Risk Management piece of Business comprising of but not limited to risks involved in Currency Risk, Profitability Risk, Risks involved Tendering w.r.t Demurrages, Penalties, Payments et.al.

- Stakeholder partnering including working closely with Head Finance, other functional heads and Group F&A Team.

- Should posses good understanding of Trade business.

- Ensuring that performance improvement is coming out of FP&A diagnostic

- Driving automation in Business for improving the turnaround time and reducing manual interventions wherever possible.

- Developing internal capabilities within the team by building Long Term Successor for this position.
