Head - Financial Planning & Analysis - Retail/eCommerce Industry

We are hiring Head - Financial Planning & Analysis for our client based at Bangalore, preferably diversity candidate for this role.

Summary:

The role will lead the FP&A team that help the business with Forecasting, planning, performance management, commercial insights and work aid in delivering on business strategy.

Job Description:

- Lead the FP&A teams supporting Central Europe and Ireland business (30+ colleagues) and lead all engagement with the CE / ROI teams for FP&A. Over time, the role will join the CE & ROI CFO's Leadership team.

- Partner with Market FP&A / business partner teams to steer the organization's financial performance, achieving strategic goals.

- Partner across Product, channels, HQ and other functions to drive commercial insights & hold business teams accountable.

- Lead the FP&A team in Value creation for ROI & CE and delivery to value delivery targets.

- Work closely with functional FP&A team support UK, to bring CE / ROI to at par and lead beyond.

- Partner with Core FP&A team to migrate all core FP&A related work to the team.

- Share FP&A best practices with the Group FP&A and share talent across the teams.

- Be a part of the Overall Finance Leadership team and contribute at the leadership level.

- Take directly responsibility of guiding & shaping the FP&A team, building & Nurturing talent.

- Actively work with Controllership team for period end activities and improving business processes.

- Contribute and lead to wide strategy programs as member of the Senior Leadership team.

- Support the CFO with strategic programs from time to time.

Operational skills:

- Accountable for FP&A Team in India, Central Europe & UK

- Managing more than INR 1000 Cr P&L across locations

- Understanding of GBS business model & Retail business

- Finance experience in driving strategic priorities in large complex organisations

- Experience of engaging and working with senior business stakeholders

- Previous experience in financial analysis, FP&A and Controller function

- Effective team management
