Role Overview:

Seeking an experienced finance professional to join our dynamic team as the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). Reporting directly to the CFO, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading the FP&A function, driving strategic financial planning, and providing critical insights to support decision-making.

Looking at Candidates ONLY from the NBFC/Fintech setups in India

Responsibilities:

1) Develop and implement financial planning processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

2) Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting activities, collaborating with key stakeholders across the organization.

3) Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to the CFO and other key stakeholders.

Forecasting and Modeling:

4) Develop and maintain financial models to support short-term and long-term forecasting.

5) Conduct scenario analysis to evaluate potential impacts on financial outcomes.

6) Collaborate with other departments to understand business drivers and facilitate integrated financial planning.

7) Work closely with the CFO and executive team to provide financial insights for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

1) Minimum 10 years of experience in Leadership FP&A/Business Finance roles.

2) CA/MBA in Finance is must to have for the role

3) Proven track record in strategic financial planning and analysis within the NBFC sector.

4)Exemplary analytical and problem-solving abilities.
