About our Client - Our client is one of the leading companies in the business of production and marketing of Polyester Films, Engineering Plastics and Specialty Polymers. The company is set to grow exponentially by way of production capacity expansions and various innovative marketing and product development initiatives. As part of company's growth plans overseas, a new plant is being set up in Middle East. This expansion is planned mainly to cater to the markets in MENA, Europe and US.

Job Description - Reporting to the CFO and handling a team of 2 people, you will be responsible for:

- Lead Budgeting/ Forecasting Process Lead Performance

- Monitoring of various SBUs by providing meaningful analysis and variance analysis

- Track competitors' performance and provide meaningful analysis

- Participate actively in various process improvement initiatives through ERP (preferably SAP)

- Ensure maintenance of cost records and audit thereof

- Carry out feasibility analysis of various Capex proposal

- Evaluating investment opportunities and provide useful insight and analytical support

- Will be responsible for strategic participation and contribution in various High Impact Projects

The Successful Candidate - You are a qualified ICWA with 8-10 years post qualification experience and have been managing FP&A function in a Manufacturing set-up. You must have strong flair for Financial analytics and strong orientation towards business process improvements. Excellent communication and ability to deal across all levels is must of this role. Further sound knowledge of SAP and a vision to use IT to drive business would go a long way in strengthening your candidature.
