Head - Financial Planning & Analysis - Internet/eCommerce

- Responsible for the preparation of the monthly, quarterly, annual, and long-range business plan/annual operating plan.

- To provide regular feedback to the Top Management regarding the achievement of pre-agreed Annual Operating Plan through analysis and benchmarking, monthly performance analysis leading to enablement of the achievement of overall business goals and parameters.

Role and Responsibility:

- Ensuring the effective delivery of all Planning related exercises as per agreed timelines - for Annual Business Plan, Monthly Forecast, monthly Performance Analysis.

- Drive the planning activities across all Functions, validate assumptions based on Business Targets and Actual performance. Update Projections for P&L and BS for the relevant period

- Publishing monthly Performance Analysis report based on which various business decision making takes place

- Cost Planning involves Analysis of Cost Items & identifying opportunities for Cost Optimization

Requirements :

- CA/MBA in finance with minimum 8 years of experience

- Self-starter who can take ownership of deliverables with minimal direction

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Ability to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
