Head Financial Planning Analysis, Home Finance

Home Finance Division or Subsidiary of India Large Brokerage House.

- Financial Planning and Analysis Head.

- CA/ MBA finance, strong preference for those from Home / Housing Finance Companies. with experience of 8-14 years

Role & Responsibilities:

- Prepare Branch level and Product level Profit & Loss Account

- Setup the process to monitor and analyze Loan level expense

- Prepare Business Plan and projected P&L and monitor on monthly basis

- Tracking of HFC industry and given insights to the management

- Maintain reconciliation between MIS P&L and Accounts P&L

- Variance analysis of Profit & Loss statements & Balance sheet on monthly basis.

- Build systems/processes to generate key business parameters/ratio analysis, competition analysis, etc

- Preparation of monthly and quarterly review presentations for the management

Desired Candidate:

- MBA Finance / CA and any other higher education.

- Experience in FP&A profile in Banking and Financial Service industry (preferrable from Home Finance company).

- Strong Analytical skills, excel and PPT
