Head - Financial Planning & Analysis/Finance Controller - Education

Spectral Consultants is hiring for the role of Finance Controller/ Financial planning and analysis- Head

Should have experience handling the finance operations of for South East Asia / Singapore / Malaysia.

Role & responsibilities:

- Overseeing and managing the financial activities of an organization.

- Assist RFC in the development and implementation of Finance policies and practices.

- Supports the designs and delivery of Finance priorities and organizational strategies in line with the organizations business plans.

- Will be responsible for preparation and monitoring of budget and Forecast

- Manage cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs and strategic investments.

- Providing leadership to the local Finance team, assisting in the development and implementation of Finance strategies, policies and procedures in the geography.

- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Should have experience managing the finance of Malaysia/ Singapore / Southern Asia Region

- Qualified CA / CMA with proven experience in a senior financial management role, preferably as a Finance Controller or similar position.

- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data to support decision-making.

- Prior/ Current BIG 4 exp is preferred.

- Should have strong experience in Financial planning and Analysis
