About our Client: Our Client is one of the fastest growing online retail businesses in India and has recently emerged as a dominant player in the online marketplace, having consolidated its position amongst the top 3 Indian brands. They have over 2000 employee base in India and are headquartered in Delhi NCR. They are building up their leadership team further and are looking for Head FP&A to spearhead company's business growth.

Job Description: As Head FP&A you'll be reporting to the CFO India.

- Your role would be to Support achievement of Business Goals (long term and annual) by spearheading company's Long term and Annual Business Planning process, organizing and coordinating the implementation of strategic plans and bring discipline/adherence to the strategic decision-making process.

Key responsibilities would be:

- Lead formulation, review and roll out of robust Long Term Business and Annual Operating Plan

- Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance

- Effective business & financial performance update to Board members

- Analysis of complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes

- Comply with Reporting Requirement of Shareholders and Internal Stakeholders to help them drive business goals

- Facilitating the management's ability to optimize overall business results by implementing, monitoring and analyzing financial trends and performance metrics

- Improve performance of the team by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies

The Successful Candidate:

- You must be a CA and MBA Finance with minimum 13 years experience of which at least 5+ years should be in FP&A domain.

- Experience in multi-unit retail/Technology/E-commerce would be preferable. Further you should have strong business acumen and solid track record of leading a matrix organization.

- A candidate looking for entrepreneurial work environment along with a proactive and dynamic personality would be an ideal fit for this role.
