Head - Financial Planning & Analysis - CA - Healthcare

For one of the Leading Group companies into healthcare sector

Responsibilities :

- Business Performance Analysis and MIS for decision support (Business Unit & Consolidation Level) including analysis w.r.t revenue and cost mix, trending, budgets, previous period and competition.

- Monthly Internal updates/ reviews and quarterly Board Reviews.

- Planning for all new projects, expansions, every new project must have a business plan and 7 to 10 Years projections.

- Spearheading and working on Annual Operating plan.

- Taking complete ownership of the entire process till completion

- Monthly rolling forecast at unit and consolidate level upto to EBITDA based on actual trends.

- Monthly rolling forecast of capex, opex, and funding across business

- Tarrif process controls and Analytics.

- Validation of any special schemes, Budgetary monitoring of capex and opex items.

- Evaluation of targets across business segments

- Acquisition process (end to end) ownership

We are looking for :

- Post CA qualification experience should be approx 12+ years

- Incumbent should be have working experience in Corporate Office

- Experience in doing financial consolidation either for multiple entities or multiple locations etc.

- Should be a direct reportee of CFO

- Team handling experience (Approx 4-5 members)

- Should have handled and lead FP&A role

- Expect stability of approx 3+ years in current assignment handling role of Head - FP&A or lead - FP&A.

- Candidates with Good Communications skills both verbal and written.
