With acquisitions and expansion plans in India they are currently looking for an experienced professional to lead the FP&A process based in Mumbai.

Job Description : As Head- FP&A you will report into the CFO and be responsible for:

- Leading the Budgeting activity for the organization.

- Tracking the Financial Health of the Business.

- Taking on the improvement of the TOP Line & Bottom Line.

- Identifying Cost Reduction & Process Improvement Avenues.

- Conducting detailed Top line Analysis to help the business in key decision making

- Developing FP&A Team.

The Successful Candidate:

- You must possess a CA or MBA qualification from a top tier institution with 12-15 years experience in FMCD/FMCG/Telecom Industry.

- You have led a team of at least 3+ people and have been doing business controlling/FP&A activities for a business size of INR 1000+ cr.

- In addition, you have strong business acumen and solid track record of leading a matrix organization.
