Location - Mumbai - (6 Days working)
Reporting - CFO
Roles and Responsibility :
- Support the CFO in communicating financial strategy issues and recommending changes to senior management and the Board.
- Support and contribute to the production of the five-year business plan and financial strategy.
- Provide the Board with relevant and timely information to enable it to assess performance against the Group's strategy and objectives.
- Partnering with the business team in preparation of the annual business plan, and budgets for the next few years in detail which includes volumes, turnover, P&L, working capital, and balance sheet activities
- Develop financial KPIs which will be used to assess the success of both the business and the financial strategy.
- Analyse competitor and market financial information to provide insight to assist with decision-making.
- Produce regular financial reporting to give an overview of business and financial performance. Highlight trends, key actions, and strategic implications.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to help ensure the Finance Department is well-informed and has a strong voice in the organization.
- Forecasting, cash flow analysis & capital adequacy projections
- Project reporting & investment appraisal
- Scenarios and risk management
- Management and Leadership
- Monthly and quarterly investor reporting and any other investor-related ad hoc requests
- Formulate dashboards, benchmarking, and other analytics to proactively alert the organization about performance and issues.
Qualification and Skill Requirements
- Chartered Accountant with 8+ Years of Experience in Pharma/Pathology/Clinics/Retail/Media
- Business-driven with strong financial acumen, Outstanding communication, and presentation skills
- Strategic planning, complex problem resolution, and general management expertise.
- High level of interpersonal skills and integrity; solid team player.
- Ability to influence senior management, establish and maintain collaborative partnerships and provide thought leadership.
