Head - Financial Planning & Analysis - CA

Qualified CA- Head-FP&A-Goregaon Mumbai

FP&A Role & Responsibilities:

1. Analyze the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenditures, and profit margin.

2. Monitor KPIs and identify the cause of any unexpected variances

3. Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecast

4. Present the monthly and quarterly financial reports of various units and departments

5. Implement a business intelligence tool and dashboard reports

6. Develop financial models and analyze them to support strategic initiatives

7. Support management team and the Heads of Department with data-driven analysis

8. Experience in financial planning, financial modelling, variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting

9. Qualified CA with post Qualification Minimum 7 years of exp is must have.

10. Excellent Communication skills
