Roles & Responsibilities

THE ROLE :

The Head of FP&A will lead our Financial Planning and Analysis function responsible for all planning processes, including annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-range business plans, and financial reporting to stakeholders of the Group. This role will report to the CFO. The role will drive strategic analysis in a cross-functional, matrixes organization across multiple product lines and locations. The right candidate will drive business insights and continuous improvement, bring a quantitative, data-driven mindset, and have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

YOUR TASK :


- Work closely with the CFO and regional leadership teams across businesses, markets and functions on the overall financial management.

- Take charge to develop and manage the region wide annual budgeting and forecasting processes including timeline, meetings, quality reviews and reporting

- Evaluate business and reporting processes to drive efficiencies; drive continuous improvement initiatives and share best practices

- Create and maintain useful reports and analysis tools to support business initiatives and decision making leveraging available tools

- Manage region wide reporting processes including monthly forecast calendars, executive presentations, business reviews and general reporting communications including analysis of key performance indicators, trends and areas of concern.

- Perform quality reviews and analyses of financial results and forecasts

- Work closely with CFO to critically evaluate scope, risks and potential returns of new projects and initiatives including preparation of ROI analysis, project prioritization and monitoring of capital budgets

- Assist CFO in the preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting to top management and review of financials from subsidiaries.

- Share best practices, good ideas, transparency, and teamwork

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS :

- CA degree

- At least 12+ years in FP&A or similar financial roles. Preferred candidate is a self-starter, who has been involved in building an FP&A function before.

- Possess advanced knowledge and experience with financial accounting, corporate finance and business intelligence systems as well as advanced skills in financial modeling using Microsoft Excel and presentations using PowerPoint

- Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.

- Able to articulate complex financial concepts

- Strong financial modeling and analysis skills; good business acumen and ability to identify data anomalies, trends or deviations and introduce strategies for improvement

- Well organized with strong time management skills and attention to detail; follows through on multiple projects and juggles conflicting priorities in a fast-paced and changing environment; sets and meets deadlines

- Experience in collaborating with a team of colleagues; can effectively delegate, coach and leverage resources

- Leads by example, demonstrates strong work ethic, has initiative and is a self-starter Skilled in problem solving, a creative thinker
