Role Description: Head - Financial Planning & Analysis

Role & Responsibility:

- As the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis, you will be responsible to shift past traditional finance, accounting, and reporting duties and towards a mandate of strategic, forward-thinking leadership.

- As a Finance partner, you will be accountable for the end-to-end management of the P&L and will be expected to develop recommendation from complex data and business analyses and formulate them into business plans.

What You Will Do ?

Finance and Business Excellence :

- Driving the rhythm of Business. Lead all key finance processes (Budget, Forecast, Closing, Quarterly Business Update, etc.). Ensure seamless and flawless process management with understanding of the end to end flow

- Handles annual budget processes, incorporating business initiatives, economic trends and operational efficiency. Aligns' budget to business strategies

- Drive standardization and simplification. Turn insight into concrete improvement actions, partnering with business functions

- Utilise technology AI/ML models to gather data and generate insights which can be utilised to make decisions and to adjust organizational processes to generate value Business Partnership

- Along with the Business managers, co-design finance analytics frameworks for a shared view of performance

- As a finance partner, oversee revenue and expense, highlight trends and analyse causes of unexpected variance. Conduct business wise profitability analysis and recommendations for improvement

- Business insight - Drive actionable outcomes by leveraging analytical frameworks.

- Understands market dynamics and competitors. Conducts sophisticated analysis, Public & Non Confidential Information synthesizes and summarizes implications to business, influencing business partners using analytics and business understanding

- Drive performance while transforming - Drive the conversation with the business to invest in bold ambitions. Proactively use benchmarking with peers and ensure all resources are optimized

- Prepare Management presentations and business highlights

Leadership :

- Have a growth and an owner mindset, act as an entrepreneur that focuses on business impact, and continuously learn and innovate

- Deliver success as a collaborative and aligned team by driving business impacts and accelerating transformation

Candidate Profile :

- Qualified ICWA/CFA/ MBA (Finance)/with experience in FP&A. At least 12+ Years of experience

- Typically experienced in more than one finance function

- Proficiency in FP&A reporting and forecasting tools, and Excel/ PowerPoint

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent analytical skills

- Ability to identify emerging trends from market and industry data, and make clear and compelling business planning recommendations
