Career Opportunity with leading MNC for the role

Responsibilities :

Overall responsibility of the Finance & Accounts function of the Company, including:-

- Corporate Finance & Treasury Management

- Business Plan / Annual budgets formulation, comparison of actuals with budgets on monthly/ quarterly basis and Financial Planning & Analysis

- Finalisation of Accounts at Standalone and Consolidated levels and presentation before Audit Committee/ Board

- Ensuring compliance of all laws applicable including Taxation, Company Law etc., apart from attending to litigation of Tax matters pertaining to the company

- All Structuring Initiatives and other Transactions from the Organization's perspective

Requirements

A qualified CA/ICWA with at least 15 to20 of experience in all the above areas

- Good understanding of all RBI regulations for CICs and associated changes from an Organization perspective

- Funding raising/negotiation with Banks & Financial institutions for financing facilities

- Lead the Credit rating assessment with rating firms

- Finalisation of accounts with adherence to Ind-AS Accounting standards

- Negotiation of contracts from commercial/legal perspective.

- Scanning the environment for changes and adaptability of the business products
