Role Synopsis :

- Responsible to lead all financial activities end to end - Budgeting, Planning & Forecasting, Management reporting, Financial Analysis, Efficiency tracking

- Preparation of quarterly, annual financial statements and presenting the same to the board for its approval

- Analyzing current performance, conducting variance analysis and implementing corrective actions.

- Providing appropriate Variance explanation

- Monitoring inflow/outflow of funds

- Design business plans/strategies for maximizing profitability, addressing major strategic issues that can have an impact on the company's long-term future in terms of either expansion or divestment.

- Provided financial services to reduce costs and maximize profitability

- Build qualified Annual Business Plan

- Stakeholder management & escalation handling
