Our client is a boutique consulting firm that helps companies in the US and Europe to enter emerging markets. IT is is a market leader in providing end-to-end market entry support to international organisations seeking to enter to build a presence in key emerging market. It provides end to end market entry consulting services ranging from marketing and market research services to legal consulting to financial consulting to HR consulting to incubation space.

As the head of financial consulting services for the firm, you will be responsible for providing the foreign clients of the firm with support to register and operate in India with respect to the financial aspects. You will not only provide advise on incorporation in India, but will also provide support in managing all types of financial compliance for the clients, and will provide clients with accounting shared services support. You will be managing a team of CAs and finance and accounts professionals pan India and ensuring timely and quality delivery of service to the clients.

The ideal candidate should be a CA and have 7-8 year experience of doing business in India and particularly in Delhi/ Mumbai with an on hand financial, accounting, payroll and tax consulting experience.

The candidate should be well aware with laws & regulation in India on financial consulting and management as per Indian GAAPs including laws & procedural requirement related to Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, Service Tax, and International Tax, Company law, Foreign Exchange Management Act, Foreign Direct Investment & RBI regulations and Personnel benefits.

The candidate should possess minimum 4 years of experience of providing consulting services and managing multinational companies and foreign clients including but not limited to UK and USA companies having business & operations in India. This experience and skills will enable the candidate to manage Company and its clients Indian requirements. Prior team handling experience is necessary.
