Role-Finance Head-Early-Stage Venture Fund

Location-Anywhere in India

Reporting-The role will report to Partner

Preferred Industry-B2B, B2C internet Based Organization

Roles And Responsibilities:

- Owning recurring FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning

- Drive discussions with business teams related to revenue management, pricing and Cost of acquisition with a clear view on path to profitability

- Develop Capex & Opex Model for Investments. Evaluating it from a business and finance perspective, leading to decision making. Develop understanding of key business levers, analyze financial metrics, provide value add analysis, finance management leading to insights and decision making.

- Ownership of expenses forecast for the business group by using trend analysis / KPI reviews for better P&L management. Also leading to tight control on expenses.

- Preparation of MIS reports, investor presentation for the purpose of board presentation

- Dealing with the statutory auditor for tax and statutory audit.

Experience:

- CA (First Attempts Preferred)/MBA Finance (Premier Institute)
