Job Description :

- To lead finance and legal compliance for the entire Bangladesh region. Also, to work as a finance business partner to drive organisational growth.

Description : 

As the country Head Finance for Bangladesh, you will report to the Group CFO (based in India) and partner with various senior stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will be as follows:

- End to end controllership - accounting, reporting, monthly closing, taxation, legal compliance, audit closure.

- Business Finance/FPA - Budgeting, forecasting, MIS, rolling forecast, variance analysis, dashboard preparation.

- Admin/HR - to oversee and drive Admin/HR activities through respective teams.

- Drive automation campaigns/initiatives

- Partner on growth initiatives with respective business heads while creating a robust and transparent finance ecosystem.

Profile : 

- CA with 8+ years experience

- Good experience in start-up environment

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across various geographies

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
