JD:

- As the Head of Finance Shared Services and R2R Process will lead and oversee the financial shared services operations, with a particular focus on Record to Report (R2R) processes.

- This role is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, efficient operations, and continuous process improvements while driving automation and optimization initiatives.

- The candidate will lead a global team and ensure compliance with local and international regulations

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the Finance Shared Services team with a focus on the R2R process, driving efficiency and accuracy.

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the finance processes, focusing on automation, digitization, and innovation.

- Oversee the entire R2R process, including general ledger accounting, journal entries, reconciliations, month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings.

- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting according to global accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).

- Ensure compliance with local, regional, and global accounting standards and regulations.

- Monitor changes in financial regulations and standards and adjust processes as necessary.

Required Qualifications:

- Education: CA

- Experience: Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in finance operations, with a focus on Record to Report (R2R) processes within a shared services environment.

- Leadership: Proven experience in leading large, global teams in a shared services environment.

- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of R2R processes, financial accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS), and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.). Experience with automation tools (RPA, AI) is a plus.

- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Change Management: Experience in driving transformation initiatives and process improvements.
