- Urgent requirement for a leading Retail Firm in Coimbatore

Position: Finance Head

Location: Coimbatore

Monday to Saturday (WFO)

2nd and 4th Saturdays off

Timings : 9 am to 6 pm

Responsibilities Include :

1. Oversees the preparation of all financial accounts, including tax returns, income statements, Balance sheets, shareholder reports, and other applicable legal reports.

2. Determine expenses, income, insurance coverage, financial goals, tax status, risk tolerance to develop a financial plan.

3. Manage the company's financial planning. Knowledge on investment management to maximize return on invested funds by identifying investment opportunities and maintaining relationships with the investment community (Investment Bankers).

4. Manage and retain relationships with various vendors.

5. Adhere to the law and company's policies and must have managed Statutory mandates.

6. Analyse and manage the organization's liabilities and investments.

7. Track and ensure cash flow is appropriate and sustainable. And must have managed treasury.

8. Examines operations to identify areasthat require restructuring, downsizing, or elimination.

9. Ensure effective internal controls are in place and compliance with GAAP and applicable regulatory legislation for financial and tax reporting.

10. Having the track record in Credit Management - Approval limits, Monitor and collections

11. Managed to implement ERP.

12. Plan fundraising initiatives to help the organization meet financial goals. Liaison with Bank and other funding sources relevant for Capital Infusion

13. Presenting all required financial MIS to Management

Job Requirements & Skills:

- Previous working experience as Head Finance for 15 years with CA/ICWA/MBA Finance qualification.

- Preferable from the following industry: Retail, FMCG, FMCD and Distribution

- Excellent knowledge of data analysis, forecasting and financial planning

- Excellent management and supervisory skills.

- Proficient in database and accounting computer application systems.

- Hands-on experience in MS office and financial management software

- Excellent time-management and organizational skills

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
