Head - Finance Reporting - Environment/Social & Governance - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Executive Hiring is looking for a Finance Professional as Head - Financial Reporting, managing Environment, Social & Governance ( ESG ) reporting across functions for a Global MNC FMCG, based at Mumbai.

PGDM / MBA in Finance from IIM's / XLRI / SPJIMR etc. with 7-9 years in Finance, or a CA ( Rank Holder/1st attempt) with12-14 yrs. of post-qualification exp. in an FMCG / Big 4 Consulting / eComm / Telecom etc , and has strong Finance background who may have done ESG stints (if not extensively also ok), but need strong Finance understanding across reporting, Audit etc.

KRA's :

- Ensure on time in full readiness to report on BRSR (Core and Non-core) as a part of the Annual report. This includes ensuring rigour and accuracy on the reported numbers.

- Lead the Sustainability audits for BRSR and Compass ESG Goals reporting in line with the SEBI requirements and internal mandates.

- Monitor organizations Non-Financial Controls framework and work with the Internal audit team to review and audit the same.

- Lead the design and deployment of reporting readiness for Value chain BRSR which is due for external reporting in FY'25.

- Performance Management of the organization's ESG Goals to ensure we are on track for delivery as per our external commitments.

- Drive cross functional ESG process simplification & standardization for ease of reporting externally.

- External benchmarking of ESG performance of peers and sharing insights by bringing the outside in.

- Partner in the development and deployment of end-to-end digitization of the ESG reporting framework.

- Driving performance management and compliance for the CSR program.
