Finance Head

1. Financial Strategy and Planning:

a. Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives.

b. Create and maintain annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models.

2. Financial Reporting and Analysis:

a. Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

b. Conduct in-depth financial analysis to provide insights and recommendations to the executive team.

3. Risk Management:

a. Identify and evaluate financial risks and opportunities and develop strategies to mitigate potential impacts on the business.

4. Treasury and Cash Management:

a. Oversee cash flow, manage working capital, and optimize investment strategies.

b. Ensure compliance with banking covenants and financial regulations.

5. Investor Relations:

a. Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and financial institutions.

b. Provide regular updates on financial performance and strategic initiatives.

6. Tax Planning and Compliance:

a. Develop and execute tax strategies to optimize the company's tax position while ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.

7. Financial Operations:

a. Oversee accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.

b. Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.

Basic Qualificaitons :

- Qualified Chartered accountant

- 18-25 years of experience in a senior financial management role.

- Strong understanding of the real estate development industry as added advantage
