Company : Leading Private Equity firm

- CA/MBA Finance from Top B Schools like IIMs/ SPJ/XLRI/ISB or any reputed international university having exp of 12-15 years, preferably in the relevant sector (Financial Services/Consumer/Healthcare)

Role is to :

Partnering Business Management Team through Performance Analysis of ongoing portfolio entities

- Deal Team

- Advisory Board

- Quarterly Review meetings

- Support to portfolio company CFO's on tax, compliance and regulatory matters and in minimizing Operational & financial risks

- Management of portfolio company debt

- Pre-investment support to deal team

Key Skills :

- A strong track record of business finance partnering. In addition, a sound understanding of Taxation (direct and indirect), Treasury and Banking, Controls, Compliance and Accounting Standards will be required of the incumbent.
