Head Finance - Pricing & Schemes

We are currently looking for Head - Pricing, Schemes & Transactional Services for one of the leading MNC - Mumbai.

Job Description :

Business partnering role which is responsible for Commercial spends - Pricing, Scheme, Discount, and BTL:

Definition has to be ensured basis of :

- Approved scheme note

- Commercial spend ROI

- Efficiency in pass through in Retail

Claim processing on the basis of :

- Turnaround times

- Laid down guidelines

- Budget vs. Actual

Budgeting, Monitoring & reporting :

- Policy revision for Pricing & Discount

- Co-ordinate the Annual planning exercise with finalization of Scheme approach note

- Dashboard maintenance for :

- Spend - Budget vs. Actual

- Monitoring delays and TaT at all levels

Accounting responsibility :

- Month-end provisions

- Accrual ageing

- Handling period-end and concurrent Audits.

Efficiency measurement :

- Define a Scheme ROI metrics to measure scheme efficacy vs. Objective

- Coordinate Dealer Audits

- Engage with the Sales Hierarchy to understand issues and provide solutions

Qualification : Qualified CA or MBA-Finance
