Position Title: Head Finance Operations Manager
Location: Andheri, Mumbai
Qualifications: MBA (Finance)/CA/Bachelor's degree Finance or Accounting

Job Description:
Responsibilities
- To lead, build, manage and develop our Finance team in Mumbai
- Insource finance responsibility from external company
- Overseeing the month end process, production of the monthly financials for group including profit and loss statements and balance sheet
- Overseeing and assisting budgets and forecasts for the Indian entity
- International Finance Exposure (US preferred)
- Preparing and overseeing the annual accounting and tax packages including intercompany balances
- Overseeing and assisting with the preparation of statutory accounts
- Management of interim and year-end audit process and liaising with auditors
- Overseeing the indirect and corporation tax computations
- Management/administration of the local financial systems
- Ad hoc project & analysis as directed by the Senior Controller
- Ensuring the Financial policies and procedures and deadlines are complied with driving continuous improvement to current processes and procedure
- Design, develop and operationalize processes for the group, especially when it comes to reconciliation carrier contracts/invoices
- Data input for carrier and merchant contracts for the group wide operational tool and database
Skills :
- Excellent Excel skills
- Willing to travel (Germany, UK)
- Strong communications skills - both verbal and written.
- Relevant ERP system with Dynamics GP or similar systems
