Interim India Finance Head - MNC - Merger Integration

US based PE firm partners with founders and management teams to build exceptional companies with the focus on Asia.

- India Employees - 850

- 98% of rev is in the US

- 95% of costs are in India. Primarily salaries.

- Will be a merger of two companies

- Current financials a combination of cash based and India GAAP

- Books are closed once per year

Job Responsibilities :

- Move financials to US GAAP and closed monthly

- Will need monthly PL, BS, CF and EBITDA schedule

- Develop internal control environment

- Assess current finance talent

- Set up scalable intercompany process

Sector : Engineering Services

Qualification : CA, CFA, MBA (Finance)

Will report to : US finance leader
