Our Client is an Indian Set-up looking to get listed

Role Summary :

- Preparation of standalone and Consolidated financial statements with compliance of the IND AS

- Responsible for preparation of monthly BU wise MIS and to report the same to management

- Responsible for the managing the cash planning and payment on day-to-day basis and to ensure that critical payments are done on time.

- Leading direct and indirect tax with experience.

Experience/ Skills Requirement :

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 12-18 years of experience

- Experience in Manufacturing or Real Estate Industry is preferred.

- Strong interpersonal and team management skills.
