Head - Finance - Manufacturing Plant - CA

- Responsible for financial and management accounting of the company in compliance with Ind AS & group policies and control standards.

- Manufacturing & plant related controls and compliances including factory & labour laws, inventory management skills and product costing will be critical.

- Monthly MIS review along with CFO and Business team and bringing insights in terms of performance.

- Manage interactions and engagement with global business stakeholders and also with local functional heads like operations, supply chain and commercial.

- Take care of taxation and GST along with other related compliances.

Preferred qualifications and experience:

- CA qualified 8-18 years in manufacturing setup.

- Prior experience handling end to end finance for plant as well as corporate office.

- Worked in business partnering roles in the past along with budgeting and forecasting.

- Knowledge of SAP and finance business planning.

- Good communication and presentation skills.
